Job Summary

 To improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize maintenance strategies for lifting and rotating equipment used in oil & gas construction projects,  Ensuring compliance with OEM specifications and regulatory standards.

Job Details

  • Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance for cranes, hoists, winches, pumps, compressors, turbines, and rotating machinery.
  • Conduct vibration analysis, laser alignment, lubrication management, and load testing.
  • Inspect lifting gear in compliance with applicable industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical faults.
  • Coordinate OEM representatives and third-party inspectors.
  • Maintain CMMS records and spare parts inventory.
  • Support commissioning and decommissioning activities.
  • Ensure strict HSE and permit-to-work compliance.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior technicians.
  • Support other maintenance sections as required.

        Technical expertise, root cause analysis, leadership, teamwork, high safety consciousness.

Requirements

  • B.Eng/HND in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Relevant certifications (advantage).
  • COREN/NSE registration (added advantage).
  • 5–8 years’ experience in oil & gas or heavy industrial maintenance.
  • Strong knowledge of industry standards for lifting and rotating equipment.
  • Proficiency in condition monitoring tools.
