Job Summary
Own MRO and spare-parts procurement coordination for Operations & Technical, aligning spares availability with maintenance planning and critical-spares stock levels across the OTM asset base
Job Details
MRO Category Ownership
- Own the MRO and spare-parts category for Operations & Technical, including category strategy and framework agreements.
- Maintain critical-spares definitions and reorder levels jointly with Maintenance and Materials.
Maintenance Interface
- Translate the maintenance plan and work-order pipeline into a forward procurement plan.
- Prioritise sourcing by equipment criticality rather than by requisition arrival order.
- Own demand planning and the stock interface for maintenance requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree/HND in Mechanical, Electrical or a related Engineering discipline, or in Supply Chain Management; a relevant procurement certification (CIPS or equivalent) is an advantage
- Minimum of 6–8 years' MRO or spare-parts procurement experience, preferably within EPCIC or oil & gas.
- Strong working knowledge of maintenance planning and critical-spares management.
