The programme comprises a 6-month rotational phase, during which trainees gain broad exposure across key business functions and departments, followed by an 18-month specialised development phase focused on building deep technical expertise in a chosen discipline. Trainees will engage in hands-on projects, mentorship, and real-world problem-solving, equipping them with the skills, knowledge, and professional competencies required to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced energy industry. Programme Structure

  • Phase 1 – Rotational Development (6 Months): Trainees rotate across multiple business functions and departments to gain a broad understanding of the company's operations, culture, and value chain.
  • Phase 2 – Specialised Development (18 Months): Trainees are assigned to a specific discipline aligned with their strengths and career interests, where they undergo intensive technical and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate actively in all rotational assignments across designated departments
  • Support project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of oilfield service operations
  • Conduct research, data analysis, and reporting to support business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve real-world operational challenges
  • Attend and complete all required training sessions, workshops, and assessments
  • Adhere to the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) standards
  • Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to improve processes and service delivery
  • Prepare and present progress reports to HRBP and Functioning Line Manager

Requirements

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BSc) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Petroleum, Civil, Pipeline, Piping, Process), Accounting, Technical Safety, ESG or other relevant disciplines from a recognised institution
  • Minimum of Second-Class Lower (2:2) 
  • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) programme
  • Team-oriented with a passion for learning and professional growth
  • No prior full-time work experience required
