Job Summary

• To ensure, Examine and inspect materials and finished parts and products for defects, wear and/also to ensure conformance with work orders, specifications etc. • To prevent/identify quality problems, initiate and provide or recommend solution and verify implementation from the QA/QC Coordinator. • To implement the system quality assurance procedure by way of compliance and enforcement

Job Details

  • Complying with and enforcing the requirements of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001:2015/14001:2015/45001:2018)
  • Conduct inspection of materials (structural steel, piping, fittings, equipment, welding electrodes/consumables, electrical/instrumentation, painting, etc.) in reference with the international standards/codes, project specification requirements and applicable fabrication/installation drawings
  • Inspect the transporting, storing, and loading of materials by applying knowledge of material-handling procedures and report and issue Nonconformance Report (NCR) when applicable.
  • Coordinates with the client for the required inspection & testing acceptance.
  • Perform pre-planned periodic and random audits to measure the overall effectiveness of the Quality Assurance program on material Storage.
  • Evaluate Information to Determine Compliance with Standards by Using relevant information and individual judgment to determine whether events or processes comply with laws, regulations, or standards.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree/HND in Engineering or Science Related Course
  • Relevant professional certification
  • 5+ years relevant experience in related Company operation.
