Job Summary
This position has the responsibility to support the implementation and monitoring of the Company's compliance framework by ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, contractual obligations, internal policies, ethical standards, and governance requirements across all EPC projects and corporate operations. The role proactively identifies compliance risks, conducts reviews, drives awareness, and promotes a culture of integrity and accountability.
Job Details
- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- A master’s degree is an added advantage.
- One or more of the following is desirable:
- Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional (CCEP)
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
- Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE)
- ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems
ISO 37001 Anti-Bribery Management Systems
Requirements
- 3–6 years' experience in Compliance, Internal Audit, Risk Management, Corporate Governance, Legal, or Internal Controls.
- Experience within the EPC, oil and gas, construction, engineering, or infrastructure industry is preferred
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Excellent organizational/time management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft OfficeSuites
